- High School / U19 Practice is from 6:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday & Thursday
- Middle School / U15 Practice is from 6:00pm - 7:30pm Tuesday & Thursday

- Cost: $195 which includes registration for Carolina Youth Rugby and USA Rugby, uniform (player shorts, practice shirt and socks), field expenses, referee and EMT for home matches, tournament fees, team equipment, etc.
